Self-Care Sunday at St. Paul’s Episcopal

The yoga class offered by Soulside Healing Arts teachers is open to all and will include gentle, flowing movements to improve mobility, balance, and strength. Chairs are available and poses can be adapted for those who have injuries or trouble getting up and down from the ground.

Class is free and drop-ins are welcome.

Participants are now able to add on a vegan meal or full week of vegan lunch delivery from Up Beet Jams. Here’s how it works:

At 4:30 after class, stop into the kitchen right across from the church’s courtyard to pick up a whole food, plant-based, vegan take-home meal from Up Beet Jams. Pre-purchase on Upbeet Jams website to pick up your meal. (Yoga class is free and no registration is required)

If you’d like to pre-order a full week of lunches, check out www.upbeetjams.com to view the menu after Wednesday at 8:00 AM. Place your order between Wednesday at 8:00 AM and Friday at 6:00 PM on the website. Pre-ordered lunches will be available for pickup on Sunday after yoga.

This week’s meal: “Rooting for You” Rolls (Click here to purchase)

Marinated tofu, radishes, carrots, turnips, beet greens, spinach, zucchini noodles, and cabbage wrapped in rice paper. Each spring roll is served with chia seed pudding topped with kiwi and strawberries.

Drop-ins are welcome for class, but pre-purchase necessary to pick up a meal. Cash or check donations are accepted for the church to help subsidize the class. Checks should be made to St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.
